MixAppXpander is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are available according to the terms outlined below, depending on where you purchased the App.

Apple App Store Refund Policy

If you purchased MixAppXpander through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and subject to Apple's standard refund policy:

One-Time Purchases & One-Time Licence Plans

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You can request a refund through the Apple App Store or by contacting Apple Support directly
  • Apple will review your request and process refunds to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

Apple App Store Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused subscription time
  • To request a refund for a recently cancelled subscription, contact Apple Support

How to Request a Refund from Apple

  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Go to Purchases
  4. Find MixAppXpander and select "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Paddle Refund Policy

If you purchased MixAppXpander through Paddle, the following refund policy applies:

One-Time Licence Purchases

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your receipt or order ID
  • Upon approval, Paddle will process your refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • If you have already used the licence or activated it on multiple devices, a case-by-case review will be conducted

Subscription Purchases

  • Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not actively used the subscription features
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account, and your cancellation will be effective immediately
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused subscription time after the initial 14-day period

Refund Process via Paddle

  1. Email [email protected] with your order details and reason for refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Upon approval, Paddle will issue your refund
  4. Your licence will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to the features

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Purchases made outside the refund window (beyond the specified timeframe)
  • Subscription renewals (only the initial subscription qualifies for the 14-day refund window)
  • Purchases made due to user error or misunderstanding (we recommend trying the free version first)
  • Purchases refunded more than once per customer per licence plan type

Licence Deactivation and Refunds

When a refund is issued for a one-time licence purchase:

  • Your licence will be automatically deactivated
  • You will lose access to the purchased features
  • Any active activations on your devices will be revoked
  • The activation key will no longer be valid

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or financial institution without first contacting us, this may result in:

  • Your account being flagged for fraud
  • Permanent suspension of your access to MixAppXpander
  • All active licences being revoked
